Collective gives back to our cities and our industry by dedicating 1% of our service, 1% of our employee time, and 1% of our profits to local, national and international charities.

We offer our services to free clinics that do not accept insurance.  In addition, we offer cash grants to charities that have a healthcare focus.  Our grants are employee-directed and allows each employee to play a role in making the world a better place.
